LUTHER DAVIS & THE BLUES JAM

Luther Davis & The Blues Jam was formed in 1993 by lead singer Luther Davis Jr., former lead singer for The Luther Davis Group and Lord Luther and the Inner Eye.  The band has an authentic, blues sound, and their set consists of the band's original tunes as well as classic blues favorites.  The Luther Davis & The Blues Jam line up consists of bassist Brian Malfitano and drummer Llyod Kenneth Jackson (Kenny). 

 

Luther Davis & The Blues Jam have been working together for 20 years.  The  band has played county fairs all over California as well as many clubs and restaurants around Kern County.  Luther Davis & The Blues Jam have also played multiple venues while opening for many well-known acts.  Some of the venues played by the band are, The BB King Club, Eagle Mountain Casino, and the Long Beach Festival.
